Gender Equality Policy

GRUDEN S.p.A. is committed to promoting gender equality in all aspects of its activities, creating an inclusive and diverse work environment. The company, operating in the flexible packaging sector, has embarked on a systemic path of cultural change within its organization to achieve equitable gender parity, valuing diversity in line with UNI PDR 125:2022.

GRUDEN S.p.A.’s gender equality policy is based on six fundamental principles:

  • Culture and Strategy: Provide a work environment where inclusion, diversity, and gender equality principles and objectives are measurable and consistent with the company’s vision, aims, and values.

  • Governance: Measure the maturity of the model to ensure effective organizational oversight, capable of identifying and correcting any events contrary to the company’s Culture and Strategy. The model must monitor the balanced presence of genders at various organizational levels.
  • HR Processes: Measure the maturity of key HR processes. Processes monitor the life cycle of a resource within the organization, based on principles of inclusion and respect for diversity.

  • Equal Opportunities: Commitment to ensuring that men and women have equal opportunities for recruitment, promotion, training, and professional development (career). Company decisions will be based on merit and capabilities, regardless of gender.

  • Fair Remuneration: Eliminate any gender pay gaps within the company and ensure that remuneration and benefits, including non-monetary ones (e.g., welfare and company well-being systems), are fair for all employees, regardless of gender.

  • Parenthood and Work-Life Balance: Support policies and initiatives that allow employees to better manage their work-life balance, including parental leave policies and work flexibility.

The main objectives include implementing concrete actions for the real valorization of women and continuous attention to the satisfaction of all personnel. The Corporate Directorate assumes primary responsibility for promoting gender equality and has appointed a Steering Committee. GRUDEN S.p.A. communicates its gender equality policy transparently, sharing progress with stakeholders and ensuring that all employees are trained and aware to contribute to continuous improvement.
